Essendine Free Little Library
Brand-new Essendine Free Little Library You may have seen a small, blue shed that has been placed under one of the shelters in the playground. This is our school's 'Free Little Library' which is for our children. Once we have a stacked shed of second hand books, you or your child are welcome to select a book to take and read at home. West End in Schools- Pantomime
We were very excited to have a theatre group visit our school to perform on Wednesday. This pantomime group performed 'Jack and the Beanstalk' to EYFS/KS1 and 'Cinderella' to KS2. Their shows are highly creative learning experiences- which children will remember for ever! Hear are some comments from the children in KS1 on watching Jack and the Beanstalk: David 1R– It was really good. My favourite part was then they tickled the cow and out came a chicken. Always Tea Party
